The Ascension and Trace materials for Fugue and Sunday in Honkai: Star Rail 2.7 have leaked ahead of their release, and players interested in pulling for them in the upcoming patch may already pre-farm the items so as to get them ready for battle as soon as they are acquired. Version 2.7’s beta tests started shortly before the arrival of Version 2.6, the patch that takes players back to Penacony and introduces Rappa in Honkai: Star Rail. At the moment, players will resolve the new issues in the Planet of Festivities as they venture through new maps.

The materials used by Fugue and Sunday in their respective Ascension processes and for their Traces have leaked ahead of their releases in Version 2.7. Fugue’s materials were compiled on the character’s page on the Honey Hunter World database. Meanwhile, Sunday’s materials were listed on the character’s page, also on Honey Hunter World. Based on the leaks, all the materials used by both 5-star characters in Version 2.7 are already available in the game and, as such, can be pre-farmed. Pre-farming materials can save players time when getting characters in Honkai: Star Rail to max level after obtaining them.
Because the beta tests for Version 2.7 are still occurring, there is a chance that a portion of the listed materials for Fugue and Sunday will suffer alterations, possibly rendering some pre-farming efforts useless.

How & Where To Pre-Farm Fugue’s Materials For Honkai: Star Rail 2.7
Most Leaked Materials Are Farmed On The Xianzhou Luofu

As seen on Honey Hunter World, the materials used by Fugue in Version 2.7 are already available. The first set of items for her is composed of Immortal Scionette, Immortal Aeroblossom, and Immortal Lumintwig. These materials, which are part of the same item family though with different rarities, can be obtained by defeating Abominations of Abundance opponents across Xianzhou Luofu maps. The most consistent way to farm Immortal items is to challenge Calyx (Golden) activities on the Xianzhou Luofu. These materials are consumed for both Fugue’s Ascension and Traces, so players will need a large amount.
The list below highlights how much of each material Fugue needs in Honkai: Star Rail:

- 290x Traveler’s Guide
- 65x Searing Steel Blade
- 56x Immortal Scionette
- 71x Immortal Aeroblossom
- 73x Immortal Lumintwig
- 18x Fiery Spirit
- 69x Starfire Essence
- 139x Heaven Incinerator
- 12x Regret of Infinite Ochema
- 8x Tracks of Destiny
- 3,887,800x Credits
As a Fire character, Fugue is expected to consume Searing Steel Blade, as appointed by the leak. This Ascension material can be obtained by farming the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Scorch activity located in the Great Mine map on Jarilo-VI. Not too many copies are needed, but players will need to farm the activity multiple times and, given the daily limitation on Trailblaze Power, these farming efforts could last a few days. Along with a few hundred thousand Credits and around 290 Traveler’s Guide, these materials are what is needed to Ascend Fugue in Honkai: Star Rail to level 80.

Details about 5-star Herta in Honkai: Star Rail may be revealed during a Version 2.6 event and they may link with previous leaks about her.
In addition to Fugue’s leaked Ascension materials, her Trace materials have also leaked. As was previously mentioned, Fugue’s abilities also consume Immortal Scionette, Immortal Aeroblossom, and Immortal Lumintwig. Furthermore, the leak highlights that, as a Nihility character, Fugue’s next set of materials is composed of Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incinerator. These materials, which are part of the same item family, can be farmed at the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Nihility activity located on the Alchemy Commission map on the Xianzhou Luofu. Many copies will be needed, so farming these in advance can help.
For items that are part of the same item family, players can use the Omni-Synthesizer to transform copies of lower-grade materials into a copy of rarer ones.

The leak states that the weekly boss material used by Fugue is Regret of Infinite Ochema, which can be acquired by beating Phantylia in Honkai: Star Rail. The boss will need to be faced a few times and given the weekly limitations on these types of encounters, the earlier players start farming, the sooner they will obtain all 12 copies. Lastly, players will need eight Tracks of Destiny to top off all of Fugue’s abilities, which can be acquired weekly from the Simulated Universe.
Players should not forget to farm Credits, as this can be an expensive process. For more Credits, they are recommended to farm at Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures on Cloudford on the Xianzhou Luofu to obtain the previously mentioned Immortal materials for Fugue’s Ascension and Traces.

Like the Immortal items for Fugue, the Tatters of Thought item family is also used in Sunday’s Traces, according to the leak.

The next leaked Ascension material for Sunday is Chordal Mirage. This is a new material used exclusively by some Imaginary characters. To farm Chordal Mirage, players must face the new Stagnant Shadow activity located in the Penacony Grand Theater map on Penacony. For reference, this is one of Rappa’s materials in Honkai: Star Rail.
Following that, the leak lists Firmament Note, Celestial Section, and Heavenly Melody as the Harmony material for Sunday’s Traces. These materials, which are needed in large quantities, can be farmed at the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony activity located on The Reverie (Dreamscape) map on Penacony. The weekly boss material needed for Sunday’s Traces is Lost Echo of the Shared Wish, which drops upon beating the Harmonious Choir: Great Septimus in Honkai: Star Rail. Like Phantylia, this boss has weekly challenge limitations.

Tracks of Destiny are also needed for Sunday’s Traces, and they can be farmed consistently, once per week, in the Simulated Universe. They are also given out as rewards for limited-time events. Tracks of Destiny can also be acquired from the in-game shop with the proper resources. If players need extra Credits, they can always farm more at Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures on The Reverie (Dreamscape) map on Penacony to also farm Tatters of Thought materials.

Honkai Star Rail 3.0 Leaks: New Enemies May Finally Play With Meta Team Comps
The order of characters in team comps may start to matter even more with the arrival of new enemies in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 and beyond.
Overall, pre-farming materials for Fugue and Sunday can save players some time. However, they should be wary of the risk of any changes to the needed materials over the course of the Version 2.7 beta tests. Some leaked items used by them may change before the release, which would force players to farm certain sets of materials all over again. Despite the risks, pre-farming is a great way of immediately optimizing a new character in Honkai: Star Rail as soon as they are obtained from banners.
