We went here with a bunch of friends during happy hour, half price appetizers. We ordered a few and had had burgers for the main entree. My banzai burger was good we well as my wife’s blue cheese burger. The only complaint was we ordered a side of mac n cheese for the little man and it was $6. Yeesh! What money we saved on happy hour they made back haha. We thought that was pricy and the Mac n cheese wasn’t even good. The bottomless fries is a plus.

Food was ok, small portions. My husband ate his and half of mine. Server was nice, but the service to get food was slow. I think that they were more concerned about take out orders than people sitting in the dining area. I was really thirsty and couldn't get a refill of water. Not a tragedy because it tasted like detergent. Restaurant was kinda dirty, especially the bathroom. Flooring smelled. Yuck!

The food was really good and came out just how we asked. However, people who came in after us got seated before us and it took the server a long time to come get our drink orders. Once we got our food and drinks, the server never offered to refill our drinks or fries and never came and checked on us. I also heard that same server being rude to their coworker. I usually like Red Robin and their food but the service isn’t so great

There’s always some brown on lettuce, but yo come on. People are nice but definitely don’t come here if you have allergies or at least look at the menu before . Don’t go off their word because I would have died if I didn’t look haha

So I hadn't gone to Red Robin in a long time but went tonight and had a great experience. The food was so yummy. The wings were absolutely delicious. I got the shrimp dinner, and the shrimp was perfect, crispy on the outside, and soft and delicious on the inside. I'd say if you haven't gone in a while, give it a go!

Our food was really delicious. They were busy but we didn't have to wait to be seated, have our order taken and our food delivered (as ordered). Our server was attentive and met our needs, in a timely manner. We enjoyed a very pleasant dinner. The menu has changed quite a bit and only serves pizza and burgers and sides. But it was very good.

Overall great experience. I was sad to hear that the original dish I wanted was out of the special sauce that makes it great was out of stock so I had to order something else. I tried the turkey BLT which was good but as red Robin is known for burgers I probably should've gone for a burger instead. I've eaten at other red Robin's before and had burgers and they are always great! The server was great and the fries and root beer floats were yummy!

I ordered from the app. We tend to do pick up or delivery since the store is always packed and loud. I received an error saying that the order couldn’t go through. But my card was charged. So I called and had to tell the lady on the phone 3 times what the issue was before she understood me. She then said I’d receive a phone call in 24-48 hours. Did not offer a refund, did not offer to just make the order that was paid for. Just- oh wait for someone to call you. So- won’t be getting food from here again. A little over priced for the service you can receive.Edit to add: I was left a message from management saying that the charge would be returned in 3-5 days and “not go through”. Spoiler: it went through. Love how they have an auto response to their customers that says to call some random call center for more. I called. They didn’t care. I can’t ever imagine treating customers like this. It’s insane to me.

Another update, Sept 17th, 2024, we went in for the special. We were seated promptly, and our order came out in a prompt manner. But our server never bothered to check on how we were doing, or to refill our drinks, or our bottomless sides, until we were nearly finished eating. Eventually, she came, and we asked for drink refills and fries. She brought a small serving of fries that were obviously from the bottom of the heap, old, extra well done, and small, we ate a few, paid, and left. The food was good, except for those fries, but the service was not great. We do like that you can pay with the card unit at the tables and not have to wait for your server to wander by with your tab.Sept 10th, 2024!We again went for the $10 Tuesday Cheeseburger at Red Robin. It was awesome. We were seated immediately. Our server (Sierra) was great and checked on us often, Food was served promptly, was hot, and tasted just as it should. Whatever changes they have made have made the difference. Come on in, you'll be glad you did!Update from the following review:We finally went back to Red Robin for their $10 Tuesday Cheeseburger and bottomless side. We entered just before 3 p.m. and we're seated within a couple of minutes. 11 minutes later, our server came by for our drinks and to take our order. Drinks arrived 5 minutes after that, but our cheeseburgers did not come to the table for another 22 minutes after the drinks. Do the math, on a Tuesday afternoon, when it was NOT busy (total customer count filled less than 8 tables in 2 serving areas). It took 38 minutes to get a cheeseburger and salad. The flavor of the burgers was good, but they were not as hit as I would have wanted. The salad was good. The server did check back with us multiple times to be sure we had everything we wanted. Thus, the visit was far and away better than the one a year ago as described below:We usually love eating at Red Robin, but today we arrived at 3:45 as a mid day lunch before the dinner rush, and even though it was NOT busy, no one would seat us. One gal flew by twice, saying just a minute, then another lady wandered past on her way to the bar and said, " Be with you in a minute," then nothing. There were NO customers in the bar, and none we could see in the restaurant. But still, no one could be bothered to even seat us, so after 20 minutes, we gave up and left to go somewhere that cares they have customers. Good luck if you try and eat here.

Food is always consistently good. I love the chain. This location just seems to be sub par on their service. I hardly ever can get more than 2 orders of bottomless fries, and at my visit today I waited 15 minutes after being seated to be given water.Update: our server gave us a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert for our next visit due to the wait. Vary grateful our experience was acknowledged.

Featured is the "Royal Red Robin" and bottomless steak fries.I've been to a number of Red Robin locations, this one has been slightly inconsistent in terms of the quality of the food and customer service. The server was top-notch this time despite dealing with a broken arm at the time of service. Despite what had appeared to have been a long day on his part, he was rocking it.Food wise, portion sizes and offered prices have been adjusted over the last couple of years, could even be more dependent on the location of this Franchise, however, flavor wise the burger itself was solid. Not overcooked, correctly seasoned and the right amount of toppings.The fries though, at least the first go around were outright cold unfortunately. Remedied with a second batch.Overall a fairly decent offering for locals in the area, however, it falls short in comparison with the competition for both offered prices, quality of flavor and portion sizes presented.

Super Disappointed! This place doesn't act like a Red Robin "Gourmet Burgers." The original fries and subsequent "bottomless" refills were all cold, except one that was sort of warm - that's wrong on every account.The ribs weren't good and the sweet potato fries were from the bottom of the basket every time. Maybe one out of ten was normal. We were looking forward to a gourmet burger night out, instead we got a less than McDonald's, over-priced meal.This is the second and third time we have been disappointed from this place in Ammon. The last time, my wife re-ordered the fries three different times, because they were cold.We were told the wait was 20 min, but it was longer. It took over 30 min to get food AND when we got in to be seated, over half the tables were empty! WTH!!!! Who's running this place.Check out the other reviews and you'll see this isn't just a one-off or we have a grudge. Obviously, we were willing to forgive and forget because we went back. Shame on us.Both the pics of the fries are the bottomless refills. What a joke, it looks like something out of a happy meal instead of a gourmet burger restaurant.Update: manager contacted us, leaving a message. I got back to him, he didn't respond, nor contact us.

Took our daughter for her birthday. Food was good and the service was fantastic. He was very attentive and brought us fries when he thought the food was taking too long. She enjoyed her birthday Sunday. The only sad part was that the help didn't know the birthday song, so it didn't happen. I do miss the old fun atmosphere of Red Robin.

We had an incredible meal and experience at this location today. I have a severely autistic son and we had a couple special requests for them. They seated us in a more quiet area, turned the music down for us (without asking) and offered to bring his food sooner than the rest. They were very attentive and made sure that all of us were comfortable, which is hard to come by. No judgement or feeling like an inconvenience to them for our requests. Thank you Red Robin staff. It is greatly appreciated to feel heard and accepted!!

This place could be awesome if they had a better staff. I had the worst experience tonight with the waitress and the food. The server barely checked on us, and it took a hour to pay for our food and leave she ended up messing up the payment and we had to figure out a way to fix it, and I am not happy with what happened today. If your famous for burgers and fries, then these should be excellent. Mine were just okay. My husband had the Peaches and Cream shake and it was really good. The cheese fondue was also very tasty. As for service, we waited 15 mins to be sat in an over half empty restaurant. They are apparently very under staffed. We asked for sweetener with our tea and never received it, asked for napkins to clean the overflowing milkshake and ultimately had to go to the bathroom to get napkins. The atmosphere is cool.

My previous experience at this location was just awful. It was very dirty and incredibly understaffed for a few years. Whatever has occurred recently has taken this place a complete 180 degree turn. I was very pleased to be greeted and seated immediately, and it was immediately clear that some things had been fixed and cleaned up since my last visit. My next observation was that there was an abundant staff on hand! The place was fairly busy and people were being taken care of and looked happy. Our server, Jessica, was on top of everything and took great care of us! We were also visited by Anthony, a member of the management team. We talked a bit about how positive everything seemed compared to the last time I had been in. He attributed much of what I was experiencing to a new manager named Brett. He was an absolute pleasure to visit with! Lastly and most importantly, the food was fresh, flavorful, and appeared as if the cook staff really cared about what they were serving again. It looks and feels like the restaurant our family loved pre-pandemic again, and I won't hesitate to go back!

Today, I ordered the Southwest Salad from Red Robin. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The dressing also had a lot of flavor and was spicy, but not too much. Unfortunately, the salad was somewhat lacking in size. When compared to a similar salad at nearby places such as Cafe Rio, or Costa Vida, the salad at Red Robin is smaller and less filling. The salad could use more beans and greens to make it more satisfying to someone on an empty stomach. As for quality, however, I have no complaints. The chicken was well-cooked and the salad was well put together. Overall, this seems to be a well-run Red Robin location.

I went to this restaurant September 13th around 6-6:30pm. Half the party was sat quickly and I arrived maybe 5 minutes later. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time, and ended up having to ask a secondary waiter for our waters about 10 minutes after ordering them. (We asked the boss as I came to find when our original waiter said "heard you asked my boss for your waters") The food came quickly and I asked for some sauces which never came. We asked for fries on 2 separate occasions and they never came. Refills for drinks were hard to come by too. Waiter asked if we got our fries and we said no both times and to just put them in a to go box. he seemed much more attentive after we said we were leaving , probably trying to make up for the fact that we had poor service, but besides an apology, we weren't given anything special. Experiences like this are why it takes a little longer to come back again.Recommendation, come during lunch when the wait staff is more likely to assist you quickly and often.
