How do you earn 45,000 from AMEX? I thought it's 10k MQM for $25,000 spend and another 10k MQM for $50,000 spend?

And I am getting emails on occassion stating to come to delta.com when I use the site all the time to book travel.
Wow! I hope DL honored those 25,000 miles...did they?

20k via regular DL AmEx

It was skybonus points not skymiles. Not that they are worth a lot but 10K skybonus poitns will get you 10 free drink coupons or 30K points gets you 4 skyclub passes.
But, no they did not honor the offer. There was a thread about it on here and others that are part of skybonus had the same problem.

Can I sell back my extra segments and MQMs above and beyond the Diamond threshold? You know... the ones I get from Delta as part of their program that rewards people for their loyalty of flying on jet airplanes? By that I mean the ones I get from flying Delta jets?
In that case, Delta, based on this program, you owe me $10k. Please feel free to donate it to the American Heart Association under the "Thomas Hudson and other loyal Delta fliers who actually fly awesome supercool club"
Thanks

Do I detect a slight note of sarcasm here?

I'll go ahead and waste the gas, thank you very much.
I'm interested in doing them but feel like they are just made up from thin air. is there an easy way to find stuff like that?

Another option - some Amex Membership Rewards cards give 3x points for airline purchases. I'm assuming this purchase would process as such. Then you can get 3x miles for the points - assuming you are OK with the yield for using an MR point for a Skypeso.

This promo was supposed to expire today.
Instead, it looks like Delta has EXTENDED the offer until December 30th.

Maybe they'll run a promo where if you buy MQM with your Amex card you get 2x... then I'd probably bite and have more rollover for next year, but not at the current cost per mqm.
